Delete your Make It All Click account and data

In Make It All Click, open Settings → Delete account and data. Type the exact confirmation phrase and your verified Cognito email, then confirm deletion. The API returns an accepted status while deletion continues in the background.

What is deleted

Access is disabled first. A bounded worker then removes the authenticated owner's live notes, planner entities, drafts, synchronization operations, complete history, imports, exports, notification records, automation proposals, agent connections, S3 objects, and finally the Cognito identity. After the request is accepted, the app cancels operating-system reminders, clears its in-memory planner projection, and removes its secure session.

What is not deleted immediately

A one-way identity fingerprint and deletion time are retained to reject old tokens and prevent automatic re-enrollment. AWS Backup recovery points expire under the documented seven-day retention cycle and are not used as a live data source. Content-free legal, security, and aggregate operational records do not reconstruct planner content.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@makeitall.click from the verified Cognito address. The operator will verify control of the identity before queuing deletion. Never email an access token or planner export.
